This RC substructure works package was for a large biomedical plant in Cambridge. It consisted of the construction of pile caps and ground beams, waterproof lift pits, service pits and substructure walls and columns over a 4000m2 floor area. The 40 circular stub columns were constructed using the Monotube single use formwork system.
