We are currently pouring the third-floor slab of this mixed-use RC frame structure in Epsom for clients Surrey Excavation. Access at this location has been a challenge and is extremely tight at this stage of the build. To allow for continued site deliveries, we’ve left out a section of the first floor over the ramp access to leave enough head height for deliveries and will complete this section in the final stages.
