Green Park Student Accommodation, Bath

Murform have been contracted by Wooldridge on the Berkeley Homes’ Green Park project in Bath. This brownfield site, overlooking Green Park and the River Avon is being redeveloped into student accommodation, providing 460 bedrooms with on site management suite, laundry, gym and café.
Murform’s work consists of constructing insitu concrete raft foundations for five student blocks, with a complete floor area of approximately 2,800m². Our work also includes the basement construction, lift pits, walls, up stands, attached piers, capping beams and crane bases.
