The main structural elements of the fermentation building consist of 8 reinforced concrete tunnel fermenters with attic space above them containing bio gas storage bags, a reinforced concrete percolate tank with associated pump room, a main bio gas hall and smaller reception area, 8 aerated static pile bays, 2 reinforced concrete tunnel pasteurizers, compost storage and collection area, bio filter and blower zone (outside main roofed area), bunded leachate tank, rainwater harvesting tank, office and plant room.
