The £15.76m Leisure Village occupies a 6.5 acre site located on the A10 at Downham Road in Cambridge. This will include a 6 screen cinema, restaurants, takeaway units and 2 drive thru units with 380 car parking spaces. This development will bring much needed leisure facilities to the residents of North Cambridge.

Murform were contracted by previous clients Acrabuild to carry out work within the cinema complex to install the auditorium floor slab and steps. Foundation works were also carried out to other commercial units on site. The Leisure Village is scheduled for opening in April 2017 with a further phase which includes a swimming pool to be completed in 2018.
