Murform have commenced the construction of the VH1 firewall at Hunterston with an initial 2m wall followed by 6.5m high panels. The remainder of the wall will be constructed, to over 25m high, by an RMD Ascent climbing formwork. The system is a first for Scotland which incorporates a mast platform and a panel system which is manually retracted between pours.
