Port of Cromarty Extension Invergordon

Murform are currently completing the formwork, rebar and concrete works for an extension to the Port of Cromarty in Invergordon Scotland. The project will enable the port to continue to attract the oil rigs and subsea vessels that have traditionally visited the Port of Cromarty Firth but also to increase capacity for tourist cruise ships.
The location of the project poses a particular challenge as twice daily our construction of a 250-metre capping beam is submerged in the Cromarty Firth and works are meticulously planned around the tide.
