Brent Hall, Essex

Brent Hall is a private residence in Great Warley Essex, the existing house at the site has been thoughtfully extended to double the size of its floor space and connect to a large waterproof reinforced concrete basement and a new two-storey extension. The traditional house paired with the contemporary new build elements of the design will create a stylish and exclusive home.

The first 450m² reinforced concrete basement comprises of a spa complex and gym, underground car parking for five cars with concrete ramp access, plant room, lift, and a 20m x 3m indoor lap swimming pool. The two-story extension features a new master bedroom suite with further family rooms on the ground floor level.

Collaborating with our previous clients Spatial Design Architects and MKH Builders, we were tasked with completing the groundworks, drainage and full concrete package for the first phase of the Brent Hall project and then an additional 600m² concrete basement extension slab later in 2023 to provide further living space for the owners.
