Hanningfield WTW, Essex

Construction of various water treatment facilities at the Hanningfield Water Treatment Works (WTW) in Essex for clients Farrans Construction. Works included the construction of a 400m² reinforced concrete pumping station slab with 6.8-meter-high perimeter walls and part-suspended slab walkways, with the tank being constructed below ground level. Further construction of 2 wash water tanks with 1,200m² of flat and sloped base slabs and perimeter and internal walls ranging in height from 4 meters up to 7 meters high. Around 1,330m² of additional access roads and footpaths and miscellaneous smaller structures were also completed by Murform.
