Holly Lodge, Essex

The concrete and CLT package delivered by Murform and G-frame Structures incorporates piling, groundworks, drainage and construction of the reinforced waterproof concrete basement along with the design, supply and installation of the CLT structure.

Holly Lodge is an individually designed 270m² contemporary private family home in Brentwood Essex. Working in partnership with our sister company G-frame, we created this unique property on a sloped site providing fantastic view from the upstairs living areas over the nearby forest and country park.

A reinforced waterproof concrete basement structure provides a workshop and double garage space. The main living area above is formed from a cantilevered CLT structure featuring two floor-to-ceiling structurally glazed gables.
