Mixed Use Development, Dublin

Construction of a large mixed-use development and apartment block in central Dublin, featuring a three-storey basement car park, with a podium slab and numerous reinforced concrete stair cores and lift pits to service the above apartments. Also at the site, we completed the reinforced concrete elements for the construction of a fourteen-storey concrete frame office block that will provide multiple opportunities for local businesses once complete.
